Let’s face it—life can get the better of us from time to time. Many people experience feelings of hopelessness, isolation, and despair when life becomes overwhelming. When spiraling “down the rabbit hole” of these feelings, finding a way out may even seem impossible. Stress, anxiety, and depression can knock you down, but they do not have to keep you down. You are not alone, and help is accessible.
My role as a therapist is to help you discover the root of your problem, and to guide you to your own solutions in a safe, non-judgmental space. While therapy is not always easy, the process of reconnecting with your best self, with your values, and your desires are highly rewarding. Watching people transform their lives by learning about themselves and learning about the people around them fuels my passion for therapy. I am here to empower you, and to help you regain control of your thoughts and your life again.
